2012 Spring: Pretty In Pink

The girliest of colors – pink – makes a big comeback in the 2012 spring trends. Several designers such as Marc Jacobs, Preen, Matthew Williamson, Michael Kors, Oscar de le Renta, Jimmy Choo, Dana Rebecca, and Isabel Marant amongst several others have presented either apparel or accessories incorporating pink. Christian Louboutin and B Brian Atwood have even come out with pink themed shoes. This splash of color certainly pops out on such a rainy gray day in Houston.

Our model, Rosaleen, who epitomizes classic elegance, picked her cardigan, polka dot skirt, and pink tights from Betsey Johnson. Her accessories included pearl earrings, necklace, and bracelet. Anthropologie offers similar items at a more economical price point.
